PLAYmake 4in1 is a multifunctional woodworking system designed for children. Its child-safe component design minimises the risk of injury during normal, supervised use.
With simple plug-in modules on one machine bed, children build four working machines and convert one into another: a jigsaw, a drill press, a wood lathe and a sander.
The machines make sawing, drilling and sanding so simple that woodworking becomes an engaging game, one that develops creativity and an understanding of how things are made. Making small objects gives children their first hands-on experience with real machines, because PLAYmake follows the design principles and functions of full-size industrial tools.

Can a child get hurt by the jigsaw?
The jigsaw is built so that touching the blade does not injure the skin, and the whole machine runs on a 12 V safety adapter.
